I'm the one with the 2010 Mitsubishi outlander that had the master cylinder and speed sensor control replaced however you told me to passenger speed sensor was actually the driver side but when I went to return the part come to find out it works for both sides when I first met you in about 1996 or 97 when I helped Keith put the sprinkler system in yard off of Lakewood in the yellow house I thought you were very nice man offered me water let us go in your house my brother Nicholas lagrand also grew up with both of your sons and went to armwood together your son never gave me a price quote each time I called no one knew what my labor was I was willing to pay for the diagnostic and also I was willing to get the driver side speed sensor control put on and paid for since it was sitting on your lift waiting for the passenger side which it didn't need to be but I was going to have that replace but your son couldn't tell me my actual labor cost and I didn't want to go over budget i was just iffy about it since I had three of them already done and it all came back with my abs and nothing with my transmission and you're trying to tell me it's my transmission or something internal u shewed me out your store and didn't want my business until I was in tears and then you offered to do a $90 diagnostic reading and I was just simply asking if your test came up with the same results as my test what was going to be the next steps and was you going to fully charge me the full $90 for what I already knew I will never come back to your shop again and I will never recommend anybody going there for the way how you treated me
