They must have some friends to have 5 stars like father like son rude also ripe off, I took my car for a grinding noise they quoted me 280 for alternator and 120 dollors for labor I checked the part price at store a d it was 160 dollors so I went and bought the part myself and saved 120 dollors after they replaced it The nois was the same and they claim the car was fixed them they started yelling and being very rude next mechanic found out it was the a.c compressor.I would never go back their again,I guse the location keeps them in business. **Good spot horrible people**
we replaced his alternator using his part when we where done there was still a noise but it was considerably quieter. He was insistent that it was no better. We told him to bring it back tomorrow . We would put his old alternator back on. If there wasn't a difference in the noise we would refund him what we charged him. He left only to return about an hour later ranting that he took his old alternator to the store that he purchased the new one from and had it checked and it was charging and that we were ripping him off. Although we never said the alternator wasn't charging we said it was making noise. We got tired of his ranting so we refunded him and told him not to come back.When diagnosing a loud noise its hard to say how many things are contributing to that noise.Later we called the store that he purchased the alternator from .They said he hadn't brought it by and they couldn't check it if he had because there machine is out of order. So in the end we replaced his noisy alternator for no charge. Who ripped off who?
